\nThis is a charming apartment in a really quaint neighborhood. We were greeted by Boyan and Wilma and loved their personal welcome. The house was spacious and clean, furnished with a cabin-like feel. They provided some basic groceries like bread and milk which was helpful for the next day. The kitchen is small, but great for making breakfasts and sandwiches for picnics. There is a warm fireplace and the essentials like towels and linens are provided. We watched birds in the yard, mountain tops emerge from morning clouds, and cracked walnuts straight from the trees in the yard. It was a perfect place to relax and read books in the evening after skiing in Garmisch (which is about 35 minutes away). We also toured two of the Ludwig castles one day (over an hour away). The neighborhood has trails in the woods to a waterfall, the Franz Marc art museum (watch the hours) and some good local restaurants in walking distance (we tried La Pineta and enjoyed our Italian meal) and bakeries (we sipped coffee and devoured croissants at Barbara’s Bakery). \nDie Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer mit Kachelofen und riesiger Fensterfront l\u00e4dt zum gem\u00fctlichen Verweilen ein, die Betten sind sehr bequem und in der K\u00fcche gibt es alles was man braucht inklusive einer kleinen Sp\u00fclmaschine. Wilma und Boyan haben alles getan, damit wir uns daheim f\u00fchlen, was ihnen auch vollkommen gelungen ist. Wir w\u00e4ren gerne l\u00e4nger geblieben und werden die Villa Floriberta auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. \u2013 Januar 2017 \u2013 A., M\u00fcnchen, Deutschland<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\nVilla Floriberta is een fantastische plek om te zijn. De eigenaren doen er echt alles aan om het naar je zin te maken, niets is te veel. Gebruikers moeten wel rekening houden met het gegeven dat er geen kleerkasten zijn en de kookplaat is wat aan de krappe kant met twee pitjes. Ook de koelkast is vrij klein, daar gaat echt niet veel in. Voor de rest helemaal super en zeer zeker de moeite waard. \nVielen Dank f\u00fcr die sehr erholsame Zeit im Chalet am Kochelsee. Die Fotos k\u00f6nnen den wahren Zauber dieser Unterkunft leider nicht wiedergeben. Wir haben jeden Tag und Abend wirklich sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Der ideale Ort um in die Alpen einzusteigen und der ideale Ort um seine Batterien wieder aufzuladen. \nWe had a wonderful time and didnt want to leave. Wilma and Boyan have really gone out of their way to help and make everything really easy and nice for us. We were also lucky with the weather and could fully enjoy the surroundings, which were wonderful. The house was just perfect, the right size and very very cosy with the nice terrace and living room viewing out over garden and mountains. \nTr\u00e8s bien accueillis dans ce petit chalet accol\u00e9 \u00e0 la maison de nos h\u00f4tes. Une v\u00e9ritable maison de poup\u00e9e dans un quartier calme, tr\u00e8s bien \u00e9quip\u00e9. L’\u00e9l\u00e9ment qui a fait de notre passage \u00e0 Kochel un v\u00e9ritable moment de plaisir ce sont nos h\u00f4tes. Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 v\u00e9ritablement chouchout\u00e9s, c’est assez rare dans un airbnb. Kochel \u00e9tait une \u00e9tape \u00e0 la fin d’un long voyage \u00e0 travers l’Europe et je dois dire que nous avons fini en beaut\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce lieu et \u00e0 cette rencontre. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need and is very near to the center of the town and Kochel lake. It’s also just a couple of minutes away from Kristal Trimini thermal pool. The hosts, Boyan and Wilma, are one of the greatest hosts I have ever met.
